Tobacco, cotton, and corn.
Tabacco was a huge cash crop in Virginia and highly valuable in 17th and 18th century.
The top was cut off so more of the plant's energy was put into growing bigger leaves.
Cotton plant isn't fully developed. But it becomes harder later on.
